With a first class honours degree in European Business and Languages, Deloitte trained FCA, TMITI, GPMI and IPASS qualified accountant, Brona has more than twenty years of financial, commercial, operational, talent management and team leadership experience. Currently finalising a Masters in Business with the Irish Management Institute, she has successfully undertaken Diploma programmes in Leadership, Executive Coaching and Organisational Development and Transformation. More recently, she has become accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council availing of regular supervision, a PPA and ECR Certified Practitioner, and a LIFT facilitator.
Continuously seeking to broaden her knowledge base, she is a member of the IoD and has added numerous other qualifications in areas such as GDPR, Compliance, ISO, Law and Lean SixSigma Green Belt.
Brona plays a pivotal role in operationalising corporate strategy. Previously she has assumed responsibility for initiating, implementing and overseeing daily operations as well as establishing and maintaining policies that promote award-winning organisational culture, vision and strategy. She is an unfaltering asset to any individual, team or organisation seeking to reframe, reorganise and restructure their purpose, people and processes.
